1988.12.03-- The company invested and established Xiamen King Long United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd.
1990.01.16-- The company invested and set up Xiamen King Long Auto Body Co., Ltd.

2001.09.28-- Xiamen Finance Bureau transferred its 25,757,990 national shares to Fujian Auto Industry Group, who became the first shareholder of the company and took up 17% of the total capital stock. Xiamen Fiance Bureau became the second shareholder and took up 12.68% of the total capital stock..
2002.06.28-- Xiamen King Long United Co., Ltd Fanghu new factory was completed and put into use.
2002.08.22--Fujian Zhangzhou Minyue The First City Co., Ltd made an auction of 10.74 million social corporation shares which were turned over from former Xaimen Yuanhua Electronic Co., Ltd and took up 7.09% of the total capital stock. It became the forth shareholder of the company.
2002.-- King Long Bus was apprised as the famous brand in Fujian Province, and became the only brand product in Fujian and Xiamen bus industry.
